How long does it take to start?

We work at your pace, but typically, 1-2 weeks from initial contact to service kickoff.

100%. FleetFox is not a source for sharing information about our partnership, or your fleet, with third parties. Our focus is on excellent service, ensuring complete confidentiality of your sensitive information.

What can I expect?

Do you have support?

Yes – you will have a direct contact person on-site in each city, plus we have an online-support team to assist you with any requests or conserns promtly.

How is billing handled?

Depending on your volume, we generate an invoice 1-2 times each month, for all the completed Tasks.

Do you also handle unexpected service orders?

Our commitment is that we always have your back. We can’t always guarantee immediate reaction, but in most cases, urgent servicing needs get addressed quickly.

Which car sizes do you serve?

Any cars that can be driven with a B-category driver’s license incl. regular cars, SUVs, and mid-sized cargo vans. Currently, we do not service large trucks, etc.

Where do we communicate?

Our support team will join the communication channel of your choosing (Slack or Discord is preferred).
