What are your prices?
Prices are based on volume, task density, and specific requirements. After filling out the quote form, you will receive an initial offer in 24 hours.
Can I order services ad-hoc?
FleetFox is designed for businesses that require regular fleet servicing based on agreed frequency, and volumes. We don’t offer on-demand servicing for single cars unless the orders are set up on a recurring schedule. Also, we bill one payer (a company) for all the completed services each month.
How do we set up ordering?
You will set up a personal schedule for “Fox days”, where our operators visit your parking lot, servicing all the cars without your intervention. If there’s a change in the number of serviceable vehicles, you should notify us before the servicing starts.
How do you handle car keys?
Keys can be securely managed based on your needs. We have various solutions for that (e.g. lockbox, hand-off, secretary, etc).
Do you have insurance?
Yes – all FleetFox Tasks include a full-coverage insurance policy, covering up to €100 000 worth of damages caused by our fault during the servicing, or transporting of the cars.
Which car sizes do you service?
Currently, we service any B-category vehicles, incl. small cars, SUVs, and cargo vans (up to XLWB).
