Frequent questions
How & when do I get paid?
You get paid monthly. You earn for each Task you complete. Each task has a unique pay which is based on the time you spend on driving, etc. The more Tasks you do, the more you earn. Also, you get bonuses for good quality, and completing more shifts or tasks.
Do I get paid for waiting?
No waiting here! There’s always a car to relocate. Finish one, start the next. When all the cars run out, you can end your shift.
How do I see my earnings?
Easy! Check your FleetFox app. It shows your earnings by wash, shift, and month. You can also manage your shifts there.
Do I need my own car?
Nope! You’ll use our client’s cars for driving around.
How do I get to the next car?
Each shift we put together relocating teams. A “support driver” follows you, and picks you up after each drop-off to drive you to the next car’s location.
Do Foxes have insurance?
Ofcourse! Our free-of-charge insurance keeps you covered. If there’s an accident with a client’s car, you don’t pay for all the damages. You’ll be responsible only for the deductible (up to 1,000€). Drive safely and follow the rules!
Can I work anytime I want?
Yes! You have full freedom to pick the shifts you want. We have day and night options. Just remember, once you pick a shift, you’re on for at least 3 hours.
How many orders will I get?
It varies by city and the shift you select. But don’t worry, we ensure each Fox has enough Tasks to fill their minimum shift length.
Do you have support?
Of course! We have a 24/7 support team. Plus, we’ll train you on the best ways perform relocating Tasks efficiently, and safely.
Will I get a contract?
Yes. All Foxes operate as independent contractors, and have to sign a contract.
No driver’s licence?
Our driving jobs require a driver’s licence. In some cities, you can join our cycling-Foxes team. You’ll use our electric cargo bike and wash cars where they are.
